About A.B. Aesthetics

A.B. Aesthetics was created by Dr. Alex Bonnel, a physician in Philadelphia, PA. He completed the internal medicine- primary care residency program at the Hospital of the University of Pennsylvania in 2018 followed by a fellowship in Point-of-Care Ultrasound in 2019. He works full time as a hospitalist at Pennsylvania Hospital in Philadelphia, PA. Dr. Bonnel completed the Aesthetic Medical Educators Training Certification Botox Course in 2021 and has been working in collaboration with HK Hair Studio since January 2022. He has performed over 1000 injections without complications. Dr. Bonnel lives in the Graduate Hospital neighborhood of Philadelphia. As part of his global health work, Dr. Bonnel travels to resource limited settings to teach physicians basics of Point-of-Care ultrasound. He has taught courses in Bangladesh, Yemen, Uganda, and Vietnam.

My Philosophy

Botox has proven over several decades to be a safe and effective way to eliminate wrinkles. I created A.B. Aesthetics ("Aid By Aesthetics") to offer well-priced Botox injections within my community while also generating funding for charitable work. Our profits have helped fund donations to local fundraisers and organizations in Graduate Hospital (e.g. Marian Anderson Neighborhood Academy, The Goddard School), national organizations (e.g. Planned Parenthood), and medical missions in developing countries.
